In 1996, SOCHI formerly known as IPPT, started its first class and to date has been dedicated to helping students achieve their dreams.

We are a community of diverse individuals with a common goal of achieving health through the power of touch. SOCHi's focused based education provides for a safe and healthy learning environment that will challenge and build confidence, while you achieve the necessary skill and compassion to become successful massage therapists and physical therapy aides.

SOCHI focuses its teaching on European Medical Massage Therapy, which was developed in Russia and later in Germany some hundreds of years ago. This method of therapy is non-invasive in nature and has been shown to be extremely effective in treating and preventing injuries, stress and illness. Additionally, our curriculum is rich with other modalities, such as: Deep Tissue, Swedish, Chair, Pregnancy and Sports Massage. We also incorporate popular Eastern modalities such as Thai and Shiatsu Massage.

SOCHi focuses on the therapeutic and medical aspects of massage therapy. We believe in using an applied and practical approach to teaching individuals the concepts of medical massage. This helps the student know the material and how to apply it in their own every day practice.

- Medical Billing & Coding Specialist (900 Hours)
- Personal Fitness Trainer/Health & Wellness Professional Program (900 Hours)
- Physical Therapy Aide/Sports Rehab Program (950 Hours)
- Advanced Professional Massage Therapy Program (925 Hours)
- Medical Assistant Program (900 Hours)

SOCHi also has worked very closely with Physical Therapists for a number of years, to learn that massage therapy is a very important part of the physical therapy treatment plan. And thus, has developed a program called Physical Therapy Aide / Sports Rehab that applies an integrated approach to health and wellness by incorporating massage therapy and physical therapy modalities.
