Students are also given the opportunity to have real-world experience in long term and acute care settings including the Samaritan Hospital, Albany Memorial Hospital, Eddy Memorial Geriatric Center, South Troy Health and On Call Center, Albany Medical Center Hospitals, Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital and St. Peter’s Hospital. Apart from these settings, they are also trained at local physician’s offices, childcare centers and elementary schools.
Graduates of this school have consistently achieved high NCLEX passing rate in both the Associate degree and Practical Nurse Program.
