The Arkansas State University- Mountain Home is the newest branch of the Arkansas State University. Primarily serving the students in the North Central Arkansas, it is a two-year open campus that is located near  two beautiful fresh water lakes and has a total area of 70,000 square feet.  Upon its establishment, the ASUMH adheres to the vision and mission of the whole of Arkansas State University System that is to enhance the quality of life and learning as well as to offer diverse experiences to students.

The ASUMH offers degree courses as well as technical certificate programs.  The school offers associate of arts degree as well as education-related courses but the main highlight are the courses that  are related to the healthcare industry. Students who are in-state residents pay $87 per credit hour but those who are out-of-state students have to pay $149 per credit unit. Other fees such as laboratory fees, books and insurances are not yet included.

Transfer of students to ASUMH is also possible as long as students complete 24 semester hours from a regionally accredited university and have a cumulative GPA of 2.00. On the other hand, students who wish to transfer to other colleges or universities are guaranteed transfer of applicable credits to any colleges within the state. 

Established in 1906, SUNY Canton started as the first post-secondary, two-year college in New York until it was designated as the State University of New York (SUNY) College of Technology at Canton. The population of this college is demographically diverse with international students from different countries. Such diversity fosters a unique academic and cultural learning experience for the students.

The campus is situated in semi-rural area near the Grasse River and downtown Canton occupying a 555-acre land comprised of twenty buildings with specialized labs, residential facilities and various college centers. Several athletic facilities such as the ice arena, lap pool, field house, fitness center, turf field and running trails can also be found on this campus.

As preparation for professional career or higher educational pursuit, SUNY Canton offers 23 Bachelor's degrees, 22 Associates degrees and 7 one-year professional certificate programs. SUNY Canton utilizes a ladder curriculum for all its academic programs to allow students to gain initial credits for a four-year baccalaureate degree. Through the Associated Colleges agreement, students can transfer to Clarkson University, St. Lawrence University and SUNY Potsdam. 

This college is active in athletics and many of its students are involved in sports but apart from athletics, SUNY Canton students can also participate in other recreational activities and organizational projects. Athens Technical College, located in Athens Georgia, was founded in 1958 when it was first known as the Athens Area Vocational-Technical School. The school was renamed in 1987 to Athens Area Technical Institute as part of its expanding role in the community. The current name was adopted in 2000, and was chosen because of the school's ability to issue associate degrees alongside more traditional technical certificates and diplomas. The school is one of the 25 that comprise the Technical College System of Georgia, a statewide system of colleges dedicated to promoting workforce development throughout the various counties of the state. ATC operates several campuses in a number of areas, including Elberton, Monroe, and Greensboro.

Serving the Tri-Valley area of San Francisco, or Livermore, Pleasanton and Dublin, Las Positas College (LPC) provides commuter students both transfer curriculums and degree programs in a number of career-ready areas of study.

Two-year transfer programs allow students to earn the credits needed to complete degree programs at four-year colleges. Programs of this type are offered in computer science, business administration, psychology, chemistry, and the liberal arts. Programs that lead to employment shortly after graduation or that focuses on occupational specialties include:

Students interested in enrollment at Dutchess Community College must complete and submit the admissions application prior to the established deadline. Applications may be submitted physically or online. Once completed, students will be asked to submit any pertinent transcripts as well as take a placement exam.

The placement exam, also known as the COMPASS, will be used to determine what levels of courses are required by the student, and an appointment will be given by DCC in order to take the exam. Genesee Community College, located in Batavia New York, was founded in 1966 as part of the multi college State University of New York (SUNY) system. The school maintains multiple branch campuses located in Albion, Warsaw, Medina, Arcade, Lima and Dansville. The Lima campus replaces one previously located in Lakeville. The school has a wide service area that exceeds the boundaries of Genesee County.

Carroll Community College, located in Westminster, Maryland, began operations in 1976 when it was founded as a branch campus of Catonsville Community College. Niagara County Community College, located in Sanborn, New York, was founded in 1962 and was named after Niagara County, the local sponsor of the school. The school originally made its home in the former Nabisco Shredded Wheat plant, the iconic building once being part of the Nabisco logo and giving the school the nickname “Nabisco Tech”. When the school originally was established it lacked any facilities, staff, students or programs, but rapidly put together all that was necessary to become a junior college in a relatively short time, an impressive feat noted by the American Association of Junior Colleges. Due to increased enrollment and need for new facilities the school left the old Nabisco plant in favor of a new site more central to Niagara County, and over the years the school has grown steadily, providing education and opportunity for residents of the region. NCCC is a member school of the State University of New York System (SUNY).

Located in the Catskill Mountains, SUNY Sullivan occupies a 405-acre land consists of nine interconnected buildings and the Paul Gerry Fieldhouse. CUNY LaGuardia Community College, located in Long Island City in Queens, New York, was established in 1968 by the Board of Higher Education of the City of New York, a precursor to the Board of Trustees to the City University of New York (CUNY), and originally identified as “Community College Number Nine”. The school is one of 24 that comprise the CUNY system and is named after former notable New York City Mayor Fiorello Henry LaGuardia. The school was once given a tract of land for a permanent home, though it was sold during the city's budget crisis in 1974, as a result the school remained at its first location at Ford Instrument Company building, though over time has expanded to nearby buildings to accommodate its growth and increased student enrollment.
