The University of Management and Technology (UMT) was founded in Arlington, Virginia in 1998. UMT's mission is to provide students with a robust technology and management education and to promote academic excellence in higher ed. With the right combination of education, skills, knowledge, and insights a student can take their career to the next level.
Programs offered at UMT include a variety of training programs, certificate programs, and degrees. Training courses, by design, are non-degree bearing degrees yet teach skills to help students gain mastery over a particular subject or area of study. All training courses are offered online and include a project management track and a series of corporate training programs.
Certificate programs offered at UMT are split between executive certificate programs and certificates. The executive track is designed for experienced managers and business professionals that builds upon the certificate programs.
