All State Career is a system of four schools located in Pennsylvania and Maryland that provide specialized education and training in allied health and commercial driving. The schools are owned and operated by Education Affiliates, Inc. which also owns other career schools throughout the nation. In addition, businesses may develop training programs in conjunction with the school in order to meet the specific needs.
Programs offered at All State Career prepare individuals for entry into the workforce through the training and development of skills required for success. This is accomplished through instruction by qualified professionals with industry experience. Exposure to real world settings and practical application of skills is part of the education process. Upon completion students will be prepared for entry into the workforce.

All – State Career School – Lester is located at 1621 N. 13th St. in the city of Reading. This campus has graduated about a thousand students over the last few years.
