Students can become home nursing assistants in just six weeks. Individuals who complete the program will be able to work in nursing homes, hospitals, home health agencies, hospice, and transitional care units.
The patient care technician program offers outstanding training in EKG, phlebotomy, and Home Health Aide. The program offers courses on how to care for children and adults. You will learn basic anatomy, nursing skills, rehabilitation care, care of the surgical patient, and skills to assist in medical offices. Students will also acquire basic skills in EKG and phlebotomy. After finishing this program, students can work in clinics, hospitals, doctor’s offices, surgical centers, and rehab hospitals.
