Students will be provided a mixture of classroom and practical courses, learning the methods and techniques necessary for successful completion of one's duties in the field. Programs typically take between one and two years to complete and result in a certificate or degree which demonstrates competency in one's field and is useful in the pursuit of employment.
Academic transfer is accomplished by completing the first two years of a four year education followed by applying to one's desired school or schools to transfer their credits and continue their pursuit of higher education by completing the final two years and earning one's bachelor's degree. Students transferring to a public Texas institution will have an easier time through agreements in place that guarantee admission if certain academic requirements are met.
