Alexandria Technical and Community College, located in Alexandria, Minnesota, was founded in 1961 and is a member of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities System of schools. The school currently maintains an enrollment of 4000 students annually, more than half of which are full time. The school is dedicated to providing post secondary education opportunities to residents of its service area through programs that are constantly reviewed and updated as needed to meet current and future needs.
Academics
ATCC offers a variety of programs that allow for academic transfer or career training options. Academic transfer is accomplished through the completion of the first two years of a four year education, followed by applying for transfer to a college or university to complete the final two years and earn a bachelor's degree.
