Berkshire Community College (BCC)

Berkshire Community College is established in 1960 in an aim to provide accessible higher education for the residents of the Berkshire County and the surrounding areas.The BCC campus is 180 acres wide located at West Street – Pittsfield, MA.
BCC lives up to its mission and continue to provide quality education through offering wide range academic and vocational programs. At present, BCC offers 35 associate degrees, 13 certificate programs and other educational opportunities under various disciplines.
Students who wish to pursue higher education are encouraged to take transfer programs designed to provide the necessary training before transferring to baccalaureate institutions. BCC assures convenient transfer to a four-year college or university within the Massachusetts area and beyond with the help of the BCC transfer coordinator.
For those students who prefer to work upon finishing a course, they are encouraged to enroll in career programs to gain basic knowledge and technical skills to jumpstart with their career in different fields. Another program offered at BCC is Liberal Arts, a course with a more flexible curriculum designed to allow students to explore the different courses and decide on their future goals.
