Graphic Design Program

Students outcome and student success have always been at the center of Cankdeska Cikana Community College’s (CCCC) academic pursuits. Its operation is guided by the Dakota values and culture. CCCC was named after Paul Yankton Sr. whose Dakota name was Cankdeska Cikana, a warrior who believed that Indian people deserve quality educational opportunities. It was established to break the barriers to higher education and pave the way to success for the Native Indians.
The founding of this college has marked significant development in the community as it promotes self-sufficiency and progress. With its programs, the members of the community have emerged as accountants, programmers, administrators, teachers, skilled laborers, clerks, and secretaries working in different industries and institutions.
As an independent tribal community college, CCCC is a member of the American Indian Higher Education Consortium (AIHEC) and the North Dakota Association of Tribal Colleges (NDATC). It is certified by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) and North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA).
CCCC offers Associate of Arts, Associate of Applied Science, Associate of Science and Certificate programs in various fields. Under the Certificate programs are Natural Resources Management, Carpentry,Pre-Engineering, Finish Carpentry, Pre-Nursing, HVAC and Medical Assistant.
