Clinton Community College (CCC) is located in Clinton County, in Plattsburgh, New York, at the site where the historic Hotel Champlain once stood a hundred years ago. CCC is affiliated with the State University of New York (SUNY), which affords students seeking a degree, as well as students expecting to transfer to a four-year university, the opportunity to get the education they’re looking for.

Students may also be required to take placement tests. In-state students will need to complete a certificate of residency to receive in-state rates.
