Coastal Bend College, located in Beeville, Texas, was founded in 1965 and was originally known as Bee County College and was established through a vote that established the Bee County Junior College District. The school supports nearly 4000 students annually through a variety of programs and services that offer academic and professional options for individuals of all ages. The school serves multiple counties in whole or in part through campuses located in Beeville, Alice, Kingsville and Pleasonton.

Individuals enrolled at Coastal Bend College may choose from a variety of courses and programs to suit their needs. Academic transfer programs allow students to complete the first two years of a four year education locally and at low cost then move to a four year institution to complete the final two years.

Admissions and Financial Aid

Participation in orientation and meeting with a counselor is encouraged. Financial aid is available as loans, grants and scholarships awarded based on need as determined by a student's completed Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
