The program focuses on preparing patients and equipment for dental procedures, and office administrative functions. Started as Onslow Technical Institute, Coastal Carolina Community College was granted the community college status in 1970. It is established to support the educational and training needs of the residents of the Onslow County primarily aimed at improving the quality of life and promoting community development.
