Cochise College

Cochise College, located in Douglas, Arizona, is a public two year institution founded in 1964 to serve the residents of its growing service area. The school maintains two campuses, the second located in Sierra Vista, and education centers in Willcox, Nogales, Fort Huachuca, and Benson. The school has multiple accreditations, including certification from the Federal Aviation Administration for aviation and pilot programs. Academics

Cochise is a comprehensive community college that provides technical career training and academic transfer opportunities. Individuals in career training programs will recveive an education over the course of one or two years that prepares them for entry into the workforce as qualified professionals. Admissions and Financial Aid

Cochise College will admit any individual who is at least eighteen years of age or has a high school education once they submit an application for enrollment, pay all fees, and supply transcripts and test scores if available. Students may be required to take a placement exam. Prior to registration participation in orientation and meeting with a counselor is encouraged. Financial aid is available in a variety of forms, including grants, loans and scholarships, which are awarded based on need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
