Dyersburg State Community College, located in Dyersburg, Tennessee, was founded in 1969 and currently offers courses through its main campus or two education centers in Covington and Trenton. DSCC is a comprehensive community college that allows students to pursue transfer or career training opportunities. Transfer programs allow students to complete the first two years of a four year education, followed by applying for transfer to a four year institution to complete the final two years and earn a bachelor's degree. Career training programs provide an education in a high demand field or industry that allow students to pursue a long term employment upon completion.
