Gulf Coast State College (GCSC)

Located in Panama City Florida, Gulf Coast State College (formerly known as Gulf Coast Community College) is a public institution that is open for two year associate’s degrees. GCSC is well known for its accommodating programs that allow you to put your schedule together as you’d like so that you can fit in time for your work and academics. With a large number of online offerings, GCSC provides a high quality and flexible environment for each individual student.

GCSC has an enrollment of 10,909, and is a cheap collegiate option at $2,569 in tuition in 2012. However, for out of state students, that number is not as inviting—out of state students paid $9,334 in the same year for their tuition. Most students are eligible for loans from the federal government as well as pell grants and other forms of assistance that can offset a significant portion of the upfront cost.
