Agriculture Degree

The agriculture program at Howard College prepares students to enter the farming, ranching, and agricultural business by combining research and hand-on training. Utilizing a combination of tools and knowledge, the program is designed to enhance and sustain human life by cultivating animals, plants, and other forms of food for basic consumption or for the creation of biofuels and drugs. Howard College is an institute of higher learning located in the Texas town of Big Spring. Currently, Howard College serves a student body of a little over 4600 which is divided between about 1500 full time students and some 3100 part time students.
