About
Inver Hills Community College, located in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, was founded in 1970 to supply post secondary educational opportunities to residents of its service area. The school is a member of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities System and has an enrollment of nearly 4000 students a semester.
Inver Hills CC campus is spread across nine different buildings. Each building is home to various school departments and these facilities are used to support nearly thirty different degree programs at IHCC.
Academics
Students enrolled at Inver Hills Community College will be able to choose from 27 different programs that allow students to pursue academic transfer or career training. Academic transfer programs allow students to complete the first two years of a four year education, followed by transferring earned credits to a four year institution in order to complete the final two years and earn a bachelor's degree.
