Culinary Arts Program

The culinary arts program at Jefferson College prepares students for a career as an executive chef, restaurateur, food and beverage manager, food writer, research chef, or a culinary educator. The program focuses on cooking related services in restaurants and other commercial food establishments. The main campus of Jefferson College is located in Hillsboro, Missouri, with additional campuses located in Arnold (Arnold and Imperial Campuses) and one in Cedar Hill (Northwest Campus), Missouri.

In their Mission Statement, Jefferson College states that it is a “student-centered comprehensive community college, committed to providing an accessible, quality college experience as it strives to meet the diverse needs of the students and the community.
