Lamar State College – Orange

Lamar State College's Orange Campus is located on the eastern coast region of Texas, in the city of Orange. LSC-O is nestled in between a number of nearby metropolitan areas, including Beaumont, TX, Lafayette, LA, and Houston, TX. The Orange campus is a small campus with a very diverse student body, and is rated one of the safest college campuses in the US.
In addition to the locales, the Orange Campus is just a short drive from its sister location, Lamar State College Port Arthur Campus, this is convenient factor for students who might be interested in signing up for classes not offered at the Orange Campus.
LSC-O serves a student body of some 2600 students, with a little more than half the student population studying part time and the remainder enrolled as full time students. The college offers students a variety of extracurricular activities, including a recreation center with two types of gyms.
