At MSCC, students are exposed to a learning environment that is innovative and dynamic. The institution serves the community of West Memphis, Arkansas and is located close to the metropolitan area. With a population of over 2,000 students MSCC is the largest two year community college in the Arkansas Delta region offering technical certificates, associate degree programs, transfer programs and certificate of proficiency programs.
