The culinary arts program at Minnesota State Community and Technical College prepares students for a career as an executive chef, restaurateur, food and beverage manager, food writer, research chef, or a culinary educator. Minnesota State Community and Technical College (M State)

Minnesota State Community and Technical College operates four campuses and serves near 10,000 students in credit courses per semester. MSCTC offers more than 120 career and liberal arts programs along with custom training programs through community partnerships. The fours campus locations are Detroit Lakes, Fergus Falls, Moorhead and Wadena. Additionally, MSCTC offers online courses and programs.

Admissions and Financial Aid

Students interested in attending MSCTC should apply online, submit high school and college transcripts, present immunization forms if they graduated high school before 1997, schedule assessment testing for placement, register for classes at the scheduled time, and pay all tuition fees.
