Mohave Community College, located in Kingman, Arizona, was founded to serve the residents of northwest Arizona's Mohave County. Academics
Mohave Community College offers a number of programs  that result in either a degree or certificate. Such programs allow students to obtain career training or pursue academic transfer. Career program will assist in the development of the skills and abilities necessary for entry into the workforce as professionals through a combination of classroom and practical courses. Programs take between one and two years to complete, allowing graduates to seek employment immediately after graduation. Admissions and Financial Aid
Mohave Community College is an open enrollment institution, and as such, any student who submits a completed application and meets the minimum requirements for admission may enroll. Students must provide standardized test scores and transcripts from previous schools as well as take a placement exam. New students are encouraged to participate in student orientation and meet with a guidance counselor to outline a curriculum that best suits the student's needs. Registration takes place prior to the start of each semester with tuition due shortly thereafter.

Financial aid is available in the form of loans, grants and scholarships. Students in need of financial assistance must submit a completed Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), the resulting information from which will be used to determine financial need, aid program eligibility, and monetary awards. Financial aid must be reapplied for prior to the start of each academic year.
