Focused on its mission to deliver quality learning opportunities, New Mexico State University-Alamogordo serves the south central New Mexico region offering wide range of credit and non-credit courses on campus, online and at Holloman Air Force Base.
NMSU-A campus is situated in the Tularosa Basin surrounded by mountain ranges. This campus started with only few students to now approximately 4,000 students per semester. From the basic two-year university-credited education, this institution now offers technical courses and Bachelor’s degree program through NMSU-Las Cruces Distance Education. These programs serve as foundation for professional career opportunities and transfer to any New Mexico College or University.
Upholding the highest value for excellence, integrity and innovation, NMSU-A strives to provide quality and cost-effective education. Students are engaged in personalized and innovative instructions with a dynamic environment for learning.
