Northern Oklahoma College (NOC) at Tonkawa, Oklahoma is one of three locations—the other being located in Enid and Stillwater, Oklahoma. NOC is a leader among Oklahoma colleges in technological advances in developing multiple on-line and interactive television courses that serving students in remote areas of the state.
