Quinsigamond Community College, located in Worcester, Massachussetts, was founded in 1963 to provide residents of the community post secondary educational opportunities. The school is a public two year institution dedicated to providing educational excellence and opportunities to residents of the area and specifically to enrolled students. The school operates several locations in Worcester County, allowing students to participate in night and online courses and to create flexible schedules for themselves. Academics
Student can choose from over 20 programs of study, allowing them to pick the one that best reflects his or her transfer or career training needs. Students interested in academic transfer will complete the first two years of a four year education at Quinsigamond Community College, followed by applying for transfer to a four year institution to pursue the completion of their bachelor's degree. Students applying to University of Massachusetts Amherst or Worcester State University will be eligible for guaranteed enrollment through agreements in place in the school.
