The ultrasound technician program at Red Rocks Community College helps students gain knowledge in gathering sonographic data, using medical ultrasound techniques. Students also learn to diagnose patient conditions through sonographic data processing while operating sonography equipment. Red Rocks Community College

Red Rocks Community College is located at the foot of the Rocky Mountains in Lakewood, Colorado.  Every year, about 14,000 students enroll at one of RRCCs two campuses; the college also has a campus in Avanda, CO.

One special feature of this school, is a childcare center that doubles as a training center for Early Childhood Education Students. Students also enjoy access to a fitness center when they enroll in one credit elective classes. The fitness center offers a training class to prepare students for the personal training certification test.
