Robeson Community College, located in Lumberton, North Carolina, was founded in 1965 as an extension of Fayetteville Technical Institute. The school became independent three years later, and has been serving the community ever since.

Over the years RCC has expanded its campus and outlying facilities, continually upgrading an evolving to help serve the needs of the community, expanding the resources and services available to students and residents. Academics
Robeson Community College offers a variety of programs that result in a degree, certificate or diploma. The school provides vocational and technical training alongside transfer opportunities to four year institutions.
