South Piedmont Community College is part of the North Carolina System along with 57 other comprehensive colleges. It has four campuses that serve the residents of Union County and Anson County, North Carolina. One of these is located in Polkton, NC 28135.

All these are designed in response to the current industry and workforce needs.
