Southwest Collegiate Institute for the Deaf (SWCID)

Located in Big Spring Texas, Southwest Collegiate Institute for the Deaf (SWCID) is a public institution that is part of a self-contained town. It is one of the campuses located in the Howard Junior College network, with other campuses of the school found in San Angelo, Lamesa, and Big Spring as well.
