Sports Medicine Degree

The sports medicine program at Southwestern Oregon Community College prepares students for a career as a fitness worker, physical therapist, or athletic trainer. The program focuses on activities and principles that promote physical fitness, achieve and maintain athletic prowess, and accomplish research and service goals. The main campus is situated at 988 Newmark Avenue, Coos Bay and the other one is in Curry County. It is the only public college in the region.
