University of New Mexico – Gallup Campus (UNM-Gallup)

Established in 1968, the University of New Mexico Gallup Campus is the oldest and largest among the four branch campuses of UNM functioning under its mandate. This campus is located at 705 Gurley Ave. Gallup, NM 87301, a region known for its diverse and unique culture.
As a two-year community college, this institution specialized in building a strong educational foundation for students prior to transferring to four-year institutions.UNM Gallup operates with and governs other entities including South Campus at Zuni, Adult Basic Education Center on the North Side of Gallup, Middle College High School, Community Education and the Center for Career and Technical Education (CCTE) to meet the various needs of the community.
This institution has an open enrollment system and affordable tuition rates. It caters to a wide range of students from across the Gallup and McKinley County. At present, UNM Gallup offers High School Diploma, Certificates in 19 disciplines and Associate's Degrees in 28 programs, as well as 6 Bachelor’s degree and 3 programs for Master’s degree. These programs are under the following divisions: Arts and Sciences; Education, Health and Human Services; Business and Applied Technology; and Community Based Education and Workforce Development. UNM Gallup also offers online courses, non-credit courses, Adult Basic Education and workforce development.
With a mission to become the leading post-secondary institution in the region, UNM Gallup assist students in their academic pursuit through the Lobo Learning Center that provides tutoring services, conducive environment for learning, mini-workshops and computers intended for research and course works.
