Sports Medicine Degree

Wharton County Junior College was founded in 1946 in Wharton, Texas. The school operates three satellite campuses in addition to the main campus in Wharton. These campuses are located in Richmond, Sugarland, and Bay City. WCJC offers quality educational opportunities to its service community and is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. Wharton County Junior College provides residents with low cost education, career assistance, and community development, and is constantly improving course offerings and facilities to meet the needs of students in a constantly changing environment.
Academics
Wharton County Junior College provides degree, certificate and continuing education programs for its community. Certificate and technical degree programs provide training for careers, allowing graduates to begin immediately. Certificate programs tend to be short than degree programs, with degree programs including general education courses as part of the overall curriculum.
