The Wright Institute

The Wright Institute, located in Berkeley, California, was founded Nevitt Sanford after his departure from Stanford University. The school was formed to continue and energize the conversation between Marx and Freud. Over the years the school has gone through and redefined its program offerings, eventually forming the doctor of psychology programs and adding the master of counseling psychology program. The school is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.
