In the same location as that of the Mount Carmel West Hospital in Columbus, lies the Mount Carmel College of Nursing. It is an institution that prides itself for having provided students in Ohio with opportunities for education in Nursing for over a hundred years now. It is a private Catholic college with over 900 students (as of 2012) enrolled in undergraduate, master's, and continuing education courses.

Campus-based students who wish to earn their Bachelor of Science in Nursing degrees may avail of the Traditional Four-Year Program and the Second Degree-Accelerated programs. Online completion programs are also available for licensed nurses who intend to work and study at the same time.
