Nursing Program
The nursing program at Trinity College of Nursing & Health Sciences prepares students for careers in hospitals, convalescent centers, clinics, home care, and physician's offices. Trinity College of Nursing and Health Sciences is on a mission to prepare professionals in the health care industry become part of a nation-wide community.
The college has successfully incorporated innovative teaching methods for students interested in becoming health care professionals and heavily promotes the health of individuals, their families and communities. A degree from this institution means that a student has undergone medical practices, knows about clinical reasoning and is competent enough to perform tasks in relation to modern health care.
The College of Nursing is labeled as a private-not-for-profit institution and is situated in Rock Island, IL - bordering the Trinity Medical Center.

Description
Demonstrate and teach patient care in classroom and clinical units to nursing students. Includes both teachers primarily engaged in teaching and those who do a combination of teaching and research.
Registered Nurses
Description
Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Licensing or registration required.
