Nutrition Degree

The nutrition program at Canisius College prepares students for careers in clinical dietetics, food and nutrition management, public health nutrition, education and research, media, international food organization, and government. The program focuses on utilizing of food for human growth and metabolism, in both and dysfunctional states, from the interdisciplinary perspective of the agricultural, human, biological, and biomedical sciences. Canisius College was founded in 1870 in Buffalo, New York by the Society of Jesus and one of 28 Jesuit institutions in the nation.  Canisius College is a private four year institution that boasts modern facilities, small classroom sizes, and an educated and professional faculty. The Campus is 77 acres and houses 32 buildings, and provides students will all the resources necessary to obtain a good education.

Academics
