About
Goodwin College, located in East Hartford, Connecticut, was founded in 1999 as a restructuring of the former Data Institute, a small business technology center. The goal of the restructuring was to create a regional center for economic and educational development. Under the guidance of Mark Scheinberg the school has become a bachelor degree granting institution, fully accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges.
