Ranken Technical College, located in Saint Louis, Missouri, was founded in 1907 by David Rankin Jr. to provide training in a variety of occupations for students. Courses started in 1909, with the school funded by a one million dollar endowment, which later added the entire fortune to the endowment which today is over sixty four million dollars.
