Physics Program

Reed College is a private liberal arts school founded in 1908. Located in Portland, RC is dedicated to providing students with rigorous undergraduate courses and an ample social scene. Admissions Information
In order to be admitted to Reed College, applicants may turn in an online application. Students must also turn in scores for either the SAT or ACT. An application fee of $50 is also mandatory and may be paid online. Essential paperwork includes a school report, counselor recommendation, high school transcript, college transcript and two teacher evaluations. Applicants are also asked to submit a writing sample in addition to a “Why Reed?” essay. While it is not mandatory, students may also sign up for an admissions interview.
