Soka University of America is located in Aliso Viejo, California and is a nonprofit private institution that provides opportunities for students to meet their goals. The lower student/teacher ratio and access to teachers is due primarily to the limited enrollment, about 440 students, maintained by Soka University of America.
The school offers two programs of study in the areas of Liberal Arts and Foreign Language Teacher Education. Students applying for admission are asked to submit an application, school records, test scores and any requested application essays, which will then be reviewed by the school.
