UM provides a variety of program options for students to aid them in their growth and development. The school is located in Coral Gables, Florida and operated as a private institution. Approximately sixteen thousand students are enrolled annually at UM.

To be considered for admissions, you may be required to fill out an application, provide letters of recommendations, and submit high school records and test scores, which are then evaluated by the admissions staff. Either the ACT or SAT exam can be taken to apply to UM. Scores within the range of 28 - 32 on the ACT or 1830 - 2090 on the SAT are needed to increase the chance of admission.
