Warner Pacific College

Warner Pacific College, located in Portland, Oregon, is a private Christian liberal arts college. The school was founded in 1937, when it was known as the Pacific Bible College, and is affiliated with the Church of God, and is the only such school in the western United States. The school was originally located in Spokane, Washington, but moved to its present location in 1940. The school is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities.

Academics

Warner Pacific College offers associate and bachelor degree programs. The school offers 27 majors and 27 minors to choose from. Students pursuing an associate's degree can choose from one of five fields. The school believes in providing an environment that stresses critical thinking, educational innovation, and spiritual maturity. All students nearing graduation will take a core humanities curriculum, culminating in a thesis discussing the human condition.

Admissions and Financial Aid

Students interested in enrolling at Warner Pacific College should be high school graduates or GED holders, with a cumulative GPS of 2.5 or equivalent score. Students should also have a combined SAT score of 910 on the SAT (1600 scale) or 19 on the ACT. Students not fulfilling these requirements will be further reviewed and evaluated for admission.

Financial aid is available in the form of loans, grants and scholarships. Interested students should complete and submit the Free Application for Federal Student AID (FAFSA) and promptly supply any required documents to the financial aid office.
