Morrisville State College

Morrisville State College, located in Morrisville, New York, is a college within the State University of New York. The school has two campuses, one in Morrisville and the other in Norwich, serving those areas as both a two year and four year institution.
At one point the college was considered one of the most technologically advanced in the country. The school maintains its interest in remaining competitive, offering new methods of education and increased quality of life, such as the recent program replace land lines in dormitories with cell phones for each student. The school was among the first to adopt campus wide wireless internet access.
Academics
Morrisville State College offers bachelor and associate degree programs, as well as a limited number of certificate programs. Initially the school was a junior college, but expanded to offer four year educational opportunities. The school has a large number of associate programs and a growing list of bachelor degree programs. The goal of the school is to provide a quality education that meets the needs of its students, whether such needs are vocational or academic.
