Nutrition Degree
The nutrition program at University of Northern Colorado prepares students for careers in clinical dietetics, food and nutrition management, public health nutrition, education and research, media, international food organization, and government. The program focuses on utilizing of food for human growth and metabolism, in both and dysfunctional states, from the interdisciplinary perspective of the agricultural, human, biological, and biomedical sciences.
