Today Howell Cheney Technical High School (HCTHS) supplements a traditional general education with technical programs designed to prepare students for postsecondary education as well as their future careers. At HCTHS students can choose between several areas a study including; culinary arts, HVAC, carpentry, automotive technology, computer-aided drafting and design, information systems technology, electrical, carpentry, media production, welding and metal fabrication, manufacturing technology, and diesel and heavy duty equipment repair.
