Ralph R Willis Career and Technical Center

3274 Hedgesville Road, Martinsburg, WV

The population of Stollings is tiny, around 300, and it is one and a half miles outside Logan. Even though it has a small population it has all the amenities that residents could want.

The aim of the Ralph R Willis Career and Technical Center is to ensure that residents are in an ideal position to obtain employment in the field they choose. There are some courses that can be completed in less than a year, many more in less than 2 years. Courses are aimed at giving students a trade or providing them with skills for the future, following on from what they would have learned in school, and there is the opportunity to take courses such as:

  • Construction
  • Welding
  • Graphic Communications
  • Allied Health
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Independent Living Skills

Tuition costs are $2,750 and it is expected that 85% of students will receive funding of some sort or another to help with the course fees and related costs. Total enrolment in the center is small around 50 students.
