Feather River Community College District, located in Quincy, California, is a public two year institution and was founded in 1968. The school is often is often referred to as Feather River College or FRC. The school is one of the 112 schools that comprise the California Community College system. Academics
Feather River College offers students a variety of programs that allow for academic transfer or career training opportunities. Academic transfer programs allow students to pursue a bachelor's degree by first completing the freshman and sophomore years at FRC, followed by applying for transfer to a four year institution to complete their education.
