The baking and pastry program at Peninsula College prepares students for a career in a hotel, restaurant, resort, bistro, or bakery as an executive pastry cook, chocolatier, or Boulanger. The program focuses on preparing students to serve as professional bakers and pastry specialist in restaurants and other commercial baking establishments.
