Westmoreland County Community College, located in Youngwood, Pennsylvania, serves the county of Westmoreland and beyond. Commonly known as WCCC or 3Cs, the school was founded in 1970. The school has grown, experiencing a benchmark in 2009 when it has 7000 students enrolled.

WCCC campus has expanded grown as have the offerings for residents which include the addition of continuing education and adult education courses. Academics
WCCC offers a wide variety of academic transfer and vocational programs that result in either associate degrees or certificates.
